At Allient Technologies LLC ("Allient") we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have used any of our applications or services — including apps connected through Facebook Login or other Meta platforms — you can request that we delete all personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion of your data

To request the deletion of your data, send us a message on WhatsApp and our team will process your request:

In your message, please include:

• Your full name;
• The app or service you used;
• The email address or account identifier associated with your account;
• A statement that you want your personal data deleted.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt of your request and give you a confirmation reference.
• We will delete the personal data associated with your account, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
• We will notify you once the deletion has been completed.
